How Can I track my order?

You can track your order right on our website. All you need to do is go to our "track your order" page, and insert your order's tracking number or or click here

All orders will have tracking numbers within 5 business days of order date. We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. What's the difference between Fanlight Mini and Fanlight Maxi?

1. Power - Fanlight Mini: Product power white: 30W Fan power: 6 inch 3 leaf 4W. Fanlight Maxi: measured white light power: 20W, fan power 40W.

2. Diameter - Fanlight Mini: 25 cm/9,84". Fanlight Maxi: 30 cm/11,81 inch.

3. Fanlight Mini is ideal for smaller spaces and rooms. Fanlight Maxi is suitable for standard and larger spaces.

Do the products have any guarantee? If so, what does it cover?

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product fails during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to the original purchaser.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Typically, we process orders within 1-3 business days upon payment confirmation. 

The delivery duration is contingent upon the recipient's location.

Where Is My Tracking Number?

Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email (which may be in your spam or junk folder.) If you still cannot find it, please message or email us and we will provide it to you.

The Tracking Says "Delivered" But I Haven't Received My Order Yet?

In these cases, we recommend getting in touch with the courier or shipping provider ASAP - they'll usually resend your package the next working day, or ask you to pick it up at their offices. If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these next steps:

Search around your door for a notice of attempted delivery.

Look around the delivery location. In order to protect your order from theft or weather, some delivery drivers might leave it around the bushes, in a grill, in a plastic bag, around your porch or another place where it can be protected.

Make sure someone else hasn't received your package. It's also likely that a family member that was available at your residence or a neighbor received your package.

Wait 36 hours. Sometimes shipping companies marked an order as "delivered" while the package is still in transit. If after waiting this period of time, please get in touch with the shipping company.

If all above steps were unsuccessful, please contact us immediately and we'll assist you further.

Which Currency Will Be Used When I Place My Order

All prices listed on the website are in the currency that you choose. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit or debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Please note that we cannot be help responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

What If My Credit Card Is Denied

You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens. Please make sure that all of your personal information matches the exact information associated with your credit card. If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through, as we have a very secure and encrypted payment process. If you are unsure, please call your credit card company to verify the information they have on file.

Also, please ensure that your credit card is able to make international purchases. You can also try going through the regular checkout as a payment option. Please note, our online checkout system does not allow for payments to be split across multiple cards.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

I Made An Order and Now Need To Cancel It. How Long Do I Have to Cancel

At Fanlightstore, our cancellation policy allows orders to be canceled within the first 3 hours of order. After this period, your order is likely in progress and on its way to you.

If the item has already been shipped, you may return it upon receipt at your own expense.
